By accessing or using GBU Campus, creating an account, purchasing a product, enrolling in a course, earning or redeeming $GBU Coins, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

GBU Campus is a digital education, learning, trading, entertainment, rewards, and community ecosystem.

Our Services may include:

  • Video-based educational content

  • Downloadable digital files

  • $GBU Coins

  • Rewards and redemption opportunities

2. Downloadable File

A single purchase may include both video access and downloadable files.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to your account.

6. Digital Access Problems

If you have paid for a digital product but cannot access the applicable video, course, or downloadable file, please contact our support team.

We may ask you to provide information necessary to locate your order and verify your purchase.

Where appropriate, we may:

  • Resend a download link.

  • Restore access.

  • Correct a technical issue.

7. $GBU Coins

GBU Campus may operate a digital rewards system known as $GBU Coins.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, $GBU Coins are digital rewards or utility units intended for use within the GBU Campus ecosystem.

$GBU Coins may be earned through eligible activities such as:

  • Purchases

  • Promotions

  • Achievements

  • Campaigns

  • Community activities

  • Special events

  • Other activities designated by GBU Campus

The specific number of coins awarded may vary depending on the applicable promotion, product, activity, or reward rules.

8. $GBU Coins Are Not Money

Unless expressly required by applicable law, $GBU Coins:

  • Are not legal tender.

  • Are not a bank deposit.

  • Are not a security or investment.

  • Do not represent ownership in GBU Campus.

  • Do not represent ownership in any company or asset.

  • Are not intended to function as a cryptocurrency.

  • Do not constitute a financial investment.

  • Have no guaranteed monetary value.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash except where GBU Campus expressly provides a lawful cash-conversion mechanism.

You should not purchase or accumulate $GBU Coins with the expectation of making an investment return.

9. Earning $GBU Coins

GBU Campus may establish different rules for earning $GBU Coins.

We may:

  • Change the number of coins awarded.

  • Introduce new earning methods.

  • Remove earning methods.

  • Establish earning limits.

  • Create promotional bonuses.

  • Correct incorrectly credited coins.

Coins obtained through fraud, abuse, technical errors, manipulation, or unauthorized activity may be removed or reversed where permitted by law.

10. Redeeming $GBU Coins

Certain GBU Campus products, rewards, experiences, or digital assets may be available through $GBU Coin redemption.

For example, a product may display:

REQUIRES 25,000 $GBU COINS

If you have the required number of eligible coins, you may be able to redeem the applicable item.

The number of $GBU Coins required for a particular reward will be displayed where applicable.

GBU Campus may establish different redemption requirements for different products.

11. Locked Products and Content

Some GBU Campus products, courses, experiences, rewards, or digital assets may be marked LOCKED.

A locked product may require you to meet certain conditions before access becomes available.

Conditions may include:

  • Having a specific number of $GBU Coins.

  • Completing a course.

  • Reaching a particular level.

  • Completing an achievement.

  • Participating in a promotion.

  • Meeting another requirement displayed by GBU Campus.

For example:

LOCKED
Requires 25,000 $GBU Coins
Redeem with $GBU Coins

Meeting the displayed requirement does not necessarily guarantee permanent availability if the product is expressly identified as limited, promotional, time-sensitive, or subject to availability.

12. Changes to Coin and Reward Requirements

GBU Campus may modify:

  • Coin earning rates

  • Coin redemption requirements

  • Reward availability

  • Reward quantities

  • Eligibility requirements

  • Expiration rules, where applicable

  • Promotional coin bonuses

  • Levels or achievement requirements

Changes will not be used to unlawfully deprive you of rights that cannot legally be removed.

13. Digital Content License

When you purchase digital content from GBU Campus, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your permitted personal purposes, unless a different license is expressly provided.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of:

  • Documents

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Software

  • Branding

  • Other intellectual property

14. Prohibited Use of Digital Content

You may not, without our written permission:

  • Resell GBU Campus courses or files.

  • Redistribute purchased files.

  • Upload our courses to file-sharing websites.

  • Publish our videos publicly.

  • Share private course links.

  • Share account credentials.

  • Copy and commercially exploit course materials.

  • Repackage our content as your own.

  • Remove copyright or ownership notices.

  • Circumvent access restrictions.

  • Attempt to bypass locked content.

  • Use automated systems to scrape or reproduce our content.

Unauthorized distribution may result in termination of access and/or legal action where appropriate.

15. Video Content

Where a purchase includes video access, access may be provided through a third-party video hosting or delivery service.

You agree not to:

  • Download videos where downloading has not been authorized.

  • Record and redistribute videos.

  • Share private video links.

  • Sell or sublicense video access.

  • Circumvent technical restrictions designed to protect the content.

Video availability may depend on the continued operation of the applicable hosting or delivery service.

  • Badges

  • Icons

  • Original content

is owned by or licensed to GBU Campus and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use our intellectual property without authorization.

19. User Conduct

You agree not to use GBU Campus to:

  • Break the law.

  • Commit fraud.

  • Abuse rewards or coin systems.

  • Manipulate coin balances.

  • Exploit technical vulnerabilities.

  • Attempt unauthorized access.

  • Interfere with the website.

  • Upload malicious software.

  • Harass other users.

  • Impersonate another person or organization.

  • Circumvent access restrictions.

  • Engage in activities that could damage GBU Campus or its users.

20. Fraud and Abuse
